Q: Where do you ship to?
A: I currently ship within Singapore, and international shipping may be available upon request. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: Each Loops of Love piece is handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be created and prepared before shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.

Q: Can I request expedited shipping?
A: If you need your item sooner, please contact me before ordering and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.
