Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the handmade nature of each item, returns are not accepted. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to me within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll be happy to help.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Q: Are custom or made-to-order items refundable?
A: Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale, as they are created specifically for you.
